WEBVTT

00:00:00.000 --> 00:00:02.480
Above the glittering expanse of the alpine lake.

00:00:02.819 --> 00:00:03.879
the world was silent.

00:00:04.280 --> 00:00:06.620
save for the rush of wind against unyielding

00:00:06.620 --> 00:00:07.019
feathers.

00:00:07.700 --> 00:00:09.300
High in the crisp. empty blue.

00:00:09.640 --> 00:00:12.080
the apex predator locked amber eyes on a

00:00:12.080 --> 00:00:14.560
silver flash breaking the surface far below.

00:00:15.359 --> 00:00:16.500
Time seemed to fracture.

00:00:17.000 --> 00:00:19.480
stretching the instant into an eternity of pure.

00:00:19.800 --> 00:00:20.839
calculated instinct.

00:00:21.539 --> 00:00:23.239
With a sudden. violent shift.

00:00:23.640 --> 00:00:25.960
the creature folded its massive wings tight against

00:00:25.960 --> 00:00:26.760
its sleek body.

00:00:26.760 --> 00:00:29.339
transforming from a drifting monarch into a living

00:00:29.339 --> 00:00:29.800
arrow.

00:00:30.399 --> 00:00:32.700
Gravity took hold. pulling it downward in a

00:00:32.700 --> 00:00:34.299
breathtaking. vertical plunge.

00:00:34.780 --> 00:00:37.700
The air screamed past thousands of intricately patterned

00:00:37.700 --> 00:00:38.000
feathers.

00:00:38.340 --> 00:00:40.920
each quill vibrating with the sheer velocity of

00:00:40.920 --> 00:00:41.380
the descent.

00:00:41.979 --> 00:00:44.060
The shoreline blurred into a streak of green

00:00:44.060 --> 00:00:44.700
and stone.

00:00:45.079 --> 00:00:47.259
but the hunter's gaze never wavered from its

00:00:47.259 --> 00:00:47.579
target.

00:00:48.420 --> 00:00:49.899
An instant before impact.

00:00:50.320 --> 00:00:52.799
heavy talons snapped forward from the feathered casing.

00:00:53.420 --> 00:00:55.840
spreading wide like steel hooks honed by the

00:00:55.840 --> 00:00:56.299
wilderness.

00:00:56.759 --> 00:00:58.799
The water rushed up to meet them with

00:00:58.799 --> 00:00:59.899
terrifying speed.

00:01:00.780 --> 00:01:01.140
Crash.

00:01:02.039 --> 00:01:04.480
A thunderous eruption of white spray shattered the

00:01:04.480 --> 00:01:05.840
glassy surface of the lake.

00:01:06.239 --> 00:01:08.540
sending diamond droplets flying into the sunlight.

00:01:09.159 --> 00:01:11.500
For a heartbeat. the chaos of foam and

00:01:11.500 --> 00:01:13.400
churning water swallowed the hunter whole.

00:01:14.060 --> 00:01:16.599
Then. with a mighty beat of newly unfurled

00:01:16.599 --> 00:01:17.019
wings.

00:01:17.439 --> 00:01:19.280
the eagle burst upward from the depths.

00:01:19.719 --> 00:01:22.640
A struggling silvery prize secured firmly in its

00:01:22.640 --> 00:01:22.920
grip.

00:01:23.319 --> 00:01:25.540
ascending once more toward the limitless sky.
